Whenever you shop with Farestore.com we want you to know you're getting a great deal. Our Price Match Refund is your guarantee that you're never paying too much for any of our products.
It's simple. We're so confident that we're offering you a fantastic deal. We'll refund the difference if you find the same product or service cheaper on any other Canadian/US website at the same time as at the time of your purchase.
However, this does not apply if, subsequent to your purchase, the Supplier or Wholesaler or Tour Operator, for whatever reason, changes (reduces) their price. Technically, the product becomes a different product when they do this and they will not allow retroactive reductions in price.
To request a price match refund, just email us at res@farestore.com including: Your paid booking reference (so we can compare the same exact product), the name or URL(http://full address) of the website where the product is cheaper, and a telephone number, address, and email if available. You will receive an acknowledgment of your request, and we will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.
Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.
Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honor our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of Farestore.com, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
Terms and Conditions
- You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions: The Farestore.com refund guarantee applies only to internet retailers that have the same exact identical product or service immediately available and the product or service is priced accurately, including all taxes, fees and charges.
- Price match requests must be submitted at the same time as the time of purchase online at our website, Farestore.com. In the case of holiday products identical product includes the name of the Tour Operator. When Tour Operators change the costing of their products, (in order to sell their unsold inventory off), then, technically, the "product" becomes a "different" product.
- Please note, we do not offer the price match guarantee if you book Air Only.
- For Vacation Packages, we offer the price match guarantee. To qualify, we must be satisfied that both products are identical, including the booking class and flight and the hotel found is actually available to book. This is if you can book for cheaper exactly the same flight, in the same class (i.e. Economy, Business) etc. and at the same hotel and under same conditions (same type of room, meal plan, location within hotel, Wholesaler/Supplier Pricing, etc.... To qualify, we must be satisfied that both products are identical in all aspect and is actually available.
- When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria: Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price, provided the Wholesaler's/Supplier's price has not changed.
- The Farestore.com refund guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or product-bundle pricing on the order or when the product, subsequent to your purchase, is then offered at a promotional or sell-off price.
- The Farstore.com refund guarantee does not include hotel bookings made through GDS (Global Distribution Services) or CRS (Computer Reservations Systems) such as, but not limited to, Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus, etc...
- The Farestore.com refund guarantee is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in Canada/US on http://www.Farestore.com and compared with Canadian/US retailer websites.
