Fare Store Travel, has selected American Express Incentive Services to deliver a cutting-edge incentive card program to US and Canadian clients. Our unique re-loadable consumer incentive card is now accepted by more than 110 Merchants with over 40,000 locations in Canada & USA.
This is not another credit card. It’s client incentive card, allowing our valuable customers to triple dip. When you book with us, you can collect points on all three different card products.
- Points on the credit card
- Points on your frequent flyer card
- Points on your Farestore/Amex Incentive card
The Persona Incentive Card is point based with each point equal to $1 in purchasing power. Upon registration for the program, you will receive your incentive card within 2-3 weeks. For your first Air/Car/Hotel or vacation booking, your points will automatically be loaded on the card & your are not required to enter your 4 digit PID#.
Once you have received the card, to collect cash points, 4 digit PID# must be entered every time you book Air / Car / Hotel products as per cash grid below:

USING THE CARD IS EASY:
- To find out which stores accept the Card & check your point balance any time
by visiting www.personaonline.aeis.com or calling 1-877-707-0771. - Points will be automatically deducted from the card with each purchase you make.
- Use the card just like you would use a Credit Card.
When making in-store purchases, select American Express as the form of payment. - If given the option, select Credit, not Debit.
You should always know how many points are available on the card. Tell the merchant the exact amount you would like deducted from the Card. If your purchase is greater than the value on the Card, you may split payment between the prepaid card and a credit card, another prepaid card, cheque, or cash – if store policy allows. Be certain that the amount charged to the prepaid card does not exceed the remaining points on the card.
